It is Your responsibility to secure your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these Terms and Conditions of Use. We do not store any whole credit card numbers or payment information, and instead, these are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe, Quickbooks, and Paypal. By utilizing these payment processors to gain access to our services, you indemnify Us and instead assume any and all risk or liability for the security of the payment details, and agree to be bound by the third-party payment processor’s applicable terms and conditions of use.

User-supplied information: If you fill out the contact or employment form on this website, we will ask you to provide some personal information (such as e-mail address, name, phone number, and state).

Types of Information Collected in our contact us and/ or discovery form include:

Web server logs: When you visit our website, we may track information about your visit and store that information in web server logs through Cloudflare and NitroCDN. 

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. 

Using the Happierleads and Delve AI software, we collect data when using our website. This information is automatically collected if you are visiting our websites or accessing our applications, we collect the following information provided by your browser or mobile device using the Happierleads and Delve AI software:

  • Pages accessed

  • Time of visit

  • Time of last visit

  • Browser information

  • Reverse domain of the IP address, referring site, application, or service including the relevant search queries that led you to our website

  • Operating system and Device information IP address. We collect this information to better understand how our website visitors use our site.

  • Opt-Out: Any user of the platform has the option to opt-out of the data gathering. You can do so by going to: happierleads.com/opt-out

  • You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@delve.ai.If you would like to opt-out and block your social data from being processed by Delve AI platform, please submit the Social data opt-out request form.

Data Security. We implement security measures to ensure proper handling of user information collected and prevent its unauthorized use, disclosure, or access by third parties.

We work hard to make our website and client experience a trustworthy ecosystem. To stay competitive, we offer clients access to SaaS tools in order to deliver services including but not limited to: Delve AI, SEMrush, Teamwork, Ahrefs, UserMaven, PandaDoc, DropBox, Cision, and Notion. Your data pursuant to connection to our services will be governed individually by the TOS of those platforms.

Third-Party Terms of Agreement. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using our services.

We use AI automated note transcription for all meetings on Zoom with KrispAI.

We use CallScaler for inbound call tracking.

We use SalesPanel for lead scoring.

We use GravityForms for the employment and contact us section.

  • Gravityforms may collect files (systems logs) that track personal data such as the IP address of a user who uploads information to the website.
  • On Gravity Forms 2.4, the new Personal Data tab on the Form Settings provides several settings to control what type of personal data is stored in the entry on any form you fill out. Preventing the storage of IP Addresses is a checkbox option.

Consent withdrawal and data deletion. To the extent legally permissible, we allow the deletion of your data and the timely removal of your data from our systems. If you are a former RMG client and would like to request that we delete your data from our company server, please reach out to us. Please note, the “data” stored includes emails, campaign files, Word documents, graphics and any campaign assets shared with you during the duration of the campaign. Upon termination of a campaign, we delete any automatic connection to third-party software and that data is deleted immediately.

Transparent Website Analytics Statement

Ruby Media Group takes all steps to comply with regulations and inform website visitors on sub-processors and website tracking analytics. We seek consent immediately upon entering the website. If you do not consent and do not agree with the website terms and privacy policy, please do not use the website.

Consent to monitor and analyze website electronic communications

Ruby Media Group uses third party website tracking technology to analyze website visitors on our website.
